What's new
Passwords. Sign in now asks for your email and password. Creating an account asks you to choose a strong one, with a meter that shows when it's strong enough. Forgot it? Ask for a reset link by email. If you'd rather not use a password, "email me a sign-in link instead" still works. Already have an account from a sign-in link? Set a password from Your account.
Send an invitation again. Each invitation still waiting for an answer in your household now has New link. It makes a fresh link you can copy and send by text or email, good for another week. The old link stops working.
Link a student you added. If you started a list for your child before they had an account, each student you added now has Link to their account. Enter their email and send them the link. When they accept, everything you started becomes theirs, and you keep seeing it through your household. If they already made their own account, what you started is added to it rather than left behind: your list comes over as a second list, and their own entries win where you both filled something in.
Behind the scenes
- The password rule is checked on your screen and again on our server: at least 10 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, or symbols, or a long passphrase, and never a common password.
- Invitation links are stored only in scrambled form, which is why "send again" makes a new link instead of showing the old one.
